Grandpa would love the help and you may enjoy farming. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners either, unless they are super magnificent at time management games - smile. I'm old and I need stress-free, relaxing games - lol. Even though all you needed was chicken eggs and bread, the sheep still wanted food and water and shearing so what do you? Keep at it with all the other things you HAVE to do or leave them be? This is not necessarily a game of strategy OR time management since there is an untimed difficulty. I just felt run ragged by the end of the demo - lol. Wish I had noticed THAT earlier in the game because I was hauling my little you-know-what off - but made extra money so I guess that was a good thing. The gist of the game is to help Grandpa with his rundown farm. Regular which is timed - OH NO, NOT FOR ME! And relaxed, which NOT timed - big breath - thank you. Thank Goodness there are 2 difficulty modes.
The sound effects? Absolutely AMAZING! Clucking, mooing, cawing, water, everything all at once! The music is upbeat and fun - keeps you working, that's for sure. The graphics are great, except I couldn't tell the difference between the eggs and wool in the beginning - DOH! lol.
